Our dogs are our family. When we decided to open Dogtown, we wanted to create a place where we would want our dogs to go. We used our years of working hands-on with dogs and our experience with our own dogs to create a totally cageless, free-roaming atmosphere.

But that alone was not enough. We wanted a place where the people caring for our dogs could give individualized attention. We wanted to focus on the quality of care.

This is why we made Dogtown a small and intimate facility that caters to a small group of dogs. This is why our staff knows your dog’s name, what they eat, their favorite game, and how they get along with others and people. Our staff is a wonderful and caring group of dog lovers. They joined our family with prior experience working with dogs or volunteering at shelters/rescues, from our groomers to our front desk. Are there criteria for applying?
We assess each application individually and use specific criteria to ensure our partnership will be equally beneficial for you and us. While we do not disclose these criteria, certain things are taken into account: age of accounts, follower counts, interactions on posts, compatible relationships, etc.

Is there any minimum threshold for earning commission?
No. You will earn a commission on each qualified sale.

What is a qualified sale?
The customer must use your unique coupon code in order to receive a commission from the sale. The sale cannot be refunded or returned within 30 days.

What if the sale comes from one of your existing clients?
As long as they use your coupon code, you earn a commission. However, certain offers are not available to existing clients.

Are there criteria for what and how we can share content related to Dogtown?

Yes. We try to keep these parameters simple and minimal to not cause confusion. You can also submit custom content for approval if you choose to create it.
