Your pup must meet some minimum requirements, even for our free daycare days. These can be found below:

Why is it free?

Your first day of daycare is free so we can get to know each other better. We also take this day to complete our thorough dog assessment, the most comprehensive in Miami. This assessment will help us determine if doggie daycare (or hotel) is a good fit. We will look for behavioral issues or high anxiety that may prevent your pup from having a safe and enjoyable stay.

Minimum Requirements

  • Dogs over 6 months old must be spayed or neutered.
  • Your dog must not have any previous history of biting or attacking other dogs or people.
  • Your dog must be current on Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella vaccines.
  • Your dog must currently be on flea/tick and heartworm preventative medication.
  • Your dog must be in an overall healthy state with no major injuries or illnesses.

When should I drop off and pick up?

We require a minimum of 4 hours to complete the assessment, but we highly encourage you to take advantage of the full day. You can drop off when we open and pick up as late as possible before we close. Your dog benefits from this whole day by:

  • Becoming familiar with the space itself.
  • Becoming familiar with their caretakers.
  • Making friends.
  • Getting comfortable.
  • Realizing that their parents come back for them.
