Our transparent pricing covers suite accommodation, multiple play sessions, potty breaks, fresh linens, premium meals, bedtime treats, medication administration, and daily photo updates sent to your phone without hidden fees.
Current rabies, DAPP, and Bordetella vaccines are required at least 48 hours before arrival. Canine influenza and leptospirosis vaccines are strongly recommended. Have your vet email records directly to streamline check-in.
We do not have restrictive windows. You are free to drop off and pick up your dog at any time that is convenient for you during our regular store hours.
Absolutely. You can schedule a bath or full groom during their boarding stay. In fact, all guests receive a complimentary departure bath so they return home fresh and clean.
During holidays and peak seasons, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your spot. There is also a minimum stay requirement of four days during these busy times.

My dog is new to Coconut Grove Dogtown (8 year old male shih tzu). He has quite the personality, but seems to do well at Dogtown with the other dogs and workers. I definitely plan to use them whenever I bring Biscuit to Miami with me. One request would be to add more pictures in the daily log.
