Please bring your dog’s pre-measured food labeled with instructions. Do not bring bowls, beds, or toys, as we provide sanitized, high-quality supplies to keep everyone safe and comfortable during their visit.
Our rate is truly all-inclusive. It covers the overnight suite, full daycare access, three outdoor walks, medication administration, and feeding. You never pay extra for the standard care your dog deserves.
For everyone’s safety, we require proof of current Rabies, Bordetella, and Distemper/DAPP vaccinations. All dogs over six months old must also be spayed or neutered.
No restrictions apply within our operating hours. You can drop off or pick up your dog anytime we are open. We charge per day, not per night.
Absolutely. You can schedule a grooming session before pick-up so your dog goes home fresh and clean. Just let us know when you book your reservation.
During holidays and peak seasons, we require a four-day minimum stay and a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking due to high demand.

My dog is new to Coconut Grove Dogtown (8 year old male shih tzu). He has quite the personality, but seems to do well at Dogtown with the other dogs and workers. I definitely plan to use them whenever I bring Biscuit to Miami with me. One request would be to add more pictures in the daily log.

My one year old beagle stayed in daycare at Dogtown in Coconut Grove. They were very responsible to get all the vaccinations records prior to our day. When we arrived they welcome us and our dog in a friendly way. Also, the answered all our questions and made us feel comfortable. Our beagle had a great day. They sent us two pictures of her with a little text saying how she was doing. When we went to pick her up, they gave us a written report of her day. We are happy with their service.

Everyone knows Coconut by name and they’re all so sweet and loving. He’s a big hyper dog and they all handle it so well. One time i saw one of them carrying him like a baby :) i definitely recommend this for daycare. He used to go to DOG and kept getting kennel cough because it was SO many dogs at once. since switching he hasn’t gotten kennel cough ever again. I’m grateful for this place and the loving environment they have given Mr Coconut !

A friend recommended the grooming at Dogtown and I couldn’t be happier with the experience (and the pricing!!!) I’ve gone 4 times now and always very happy with the cut and my doodle always is happy when I go to pick her up. The staff is nice and the groomers always listen to my requests and oblige. Highly recommend!!!!

September 25, 2022Dogtown Coconut Grove: We trust our dog to no one else, dogtown has been taking care of our beloved pet for 3 years, once for 3 weeks and my dog was very well taken care of. This last stay for a weekend, the team forgot to detach the dog’s profile from the food bag and it called my attention that they figured out ways to make her eat that we didn’t know! BTW, they send clients daily photos and status of the pet and fortunately they’ve been able to accommodate last minute requests. Thanks to the team!
