Please bring your dog’s food pre-measured in bags. Do not bring bowls, beds, or toys, as we provide sterilized supplies. This keeps our facility clean and prevents lost items.
Our rate covers the room, full-day daycare, three outdoor walks, and medication administration. Unlike other facilities, we do not charge extra for play or potty breaks. You get total peace of mind.
Safety comes first. We require proof of up-to-date Rabies, Bordetella, and DAPP/Distemper vaccinations. Puppies must be on their shot schedule, and all dogs over six months must be spayed or neutered.
You enjoy total flexibility. You can drop off and pick up your dog at any time during our open store hours. We do not charge early or late fees, making travel planning easier.
Absolutely. You can schedule a grooming session during your dog’s boarding stay. In fact, all guests receive a complimentary departure bath, so they return home fresh, clean, and happy.
During holidays and busy seasons like Spring Break or Winter, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit to hold your reservation. We also implement a minimum stay requirement of four days.

A friend recommended the grooming at Dogtown and I couldn’t be happier with the experience (and the pricing!!!) I’ve gone 4 times now and always very happy with the cut and my doodle always is happy when I go to pick her up. The staff is nice and the groomers always listen to my requests and oblige. Highly recommend!!!!

Dogtown is truly our go-to place for our fur baby. We’ve been taking our dog there for the past 5 months, and it has been an amazing experience. Both boarding and daycare work perfectly for us, and the team is absolutely fantastic. Our dog literally asks to go to daycare—that’s how much he loves it there 🐶❤️ We also trusted Katie with his grooming, and she did an incredible job. Huge kudos to Katie for the amazing grooming—she made our baby even happier! I honestly couldn’t recommend Dogtown more.

My wife and I have been taking our pup, Lobo, here since we moved to the Grove in August 2018 for grooming, daycare and teeth cleaning. We have been more than extremely happy with the care and service they provide Lobo. The staff is extremely attentive and do not hesitate to call to let you know if they came across something unusual such as a dry skin patch, the beginning of a possible hotspot and things of that nature.

August 25, 2022Our pup stay with Dogtown in Coconut Grove overnight during our wedding weekend and had a blast, we love the open concept they have for their play area where they can also go hangout with the humans working the front desk. All the pups look happy to be there and it is really nice that they include three walks a day as a part of their services, other daycares we have used don’t have that included. Lastly the daily journals that they send at the end of the day so you can see how your dog is doing, really put us at ease and the cute pictures they sent of him playing were the best! Thank you Dogtown we will definitely be using your services again in the future.

Took my two wiener dogs here for an overnight stay while we were on a vacation. We felt very comfortable leaving them with Dog Town they were nice enough to check us in early and allow us to leave the dogs with some of their personal effects so they would feel at home. The staff gave them lots of attention as they are more willing to hang out with humans than other large dogs. The whole experience was a very positive step in getting our dogs comfortable in other situations without us. Thank you Dogtown coconut grove!
