Please bring your dog’s food pre-measured in bags. Do not bring bowls, beds, or toys; we provide clean bedding and everything else they need.
Our daily rate covers the suite, full daycare access, three outdoor walks, all feedings, and medication administration. There are no hidden fees for these essentials.
For everyone’s safety, we require proof of current Rabies, Distemper/DAPP, and Bordetella vaccinations. All dogs over 6 months must also be spayed or neutered.
No restrictions within store hours! You can drop off or pick up your dog anytime we are open. Charges are per day, not per night.
Absolutely. You can schedule a grooming session during their boarding stay. Plus, all boarding guests receive a complimentary bath on their departure day.
During holidays and peak seasons, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit and a minimum stay of four days to secure your reservation.

Dogtown is by far the best place in Miami to board your furry little loved ones! They show my dog so much love and I can tell he loves being there because of how excited he gets as soon as he enters the facility. Plus they offer oatmeal shampoo which im super thankful for since she has sensitive skin. The groomers are amazing!! ? and the times shes stayed at the dog hotel have been great experiences too!

May 25, 2022Dogtown Coconut Grove: We trust our dog to no one else, dogtown has been taking care of our beloved pet for 3 years, once for 3 weeks and my dog was very well taken care of. This last stay for a weekend, the team forgot to detach the dog’s profile from the food bag and it called my attention that they figured out ways to make her eat that we didn’t know! BTW, they send clients daily photos and status of the pet and fortunately they’ve been able to accommodate last minute requests. Thanks to the team!

We have been more than extremely happy with the care and service they provide Lobo. The staff is extremely attentive and do not hesitate to call to let you know if they came across something unusual such as a dry skin patch, the beginning of a possible hotspot and things of that nature.

July 25, 2022I love this place and so does my dog!!!! I was having my golden doodle groomed somewhere else and although they did a good job, they became too expensive. A friend recommended the grooming at Dogtown and I couldn’t be happier with the experience (and the pricing!!!) I’ve gone 4 times now and always very happy with the cut and my doodle always is happy when I go to pick her up. The staff is nice and the groomers always listen to my requests and oblige. Highly recommend!!!!

September 29, 2023Our pup stay with Dogtown in Coconut Grove overnight during our wedding weekend and had a blast, we love the open concept they have for their play area where they can also go hangout with the humans working the front desk. All the pups look happy to be there and it is really nice that they include three walks a day as a part of their services, other daycares we have used don’t have that included. Lastly the daily journals that they send at the end of the day so you can see how your dog is doing, really put us at ease and the cute pictures they sent of him playing were the best! Thank you Dogtown we will definitely be using your services again in the future.
