Pack their food measured in individual bags and any necessary medication. We provide blankets, bowls, and toys, so please leave personal items at home to avoid loss or damage.
Our daily rate covers everything: the suite, full-day daycare, three outdoor walks, and feedings. Unlike other kennels, we don’t charge extra for play, social time, or essential exercise.
Safety comes first. We require proof of current Rabies, Distemper/Parvo (DAPP), and Bordetella vaccinations. All guests over six months old must also be spayed or neutered to participate.
Enjoy total flexibility. We charge by the day, not the night, meaning you can drop off and pick up anytime during our open store hours without facing extra late fees.
Absolutely. We encourage it! You can schedule a bath, haircut, or nail trim during their stay. All guests receive a complimentary departure bath to go home fresh.
During holidays and peak seasons, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your spot. We recommend booking well in advance as our suites fill up very quickly.

November 25, 2022Took my two wiener dogs here for an overnight stay while we were on a vacation. We felt very comfortable leaving them with Dog Town they were nice enough to check us in early and allow us to leave the dogs with some of their personal effects so they would feel at home. The staff gave them lots of attention as they are more willing to hang out with humans than other large dogs. I took my dog for daycare & chelsey An employee ask if my dog had its shots I said I had no idea she said ok I’ll hold him & call the vet next door to verify what my dog needed & she would take care of it & text me in 30 min she was back at dogtown & dog needed 3shots chelsey deserves a maj raise She is a treasured employee she is very upbeat & gave me a real gift & was happy to do whatever was needed dogtown overall superb in caring for your dog Tks again

February 25, 2022Great experience at Dogtown Coconut Grove. We left our little staffy for the first time ever at their daycare and then for a night stay. He loved it! He went right away to the other dogs and came back with a full belly, happy and exhausted from playing with the other dogs. The staff was very nice and answered all of our questions. For the night stay, they updated us whenever he ate, went for a walk as well as uploading pictures in the customer portal to see how he was doing and interacting with the other dogs. We will definitely be coming back and I recommend this place to any one who needs a doggy day care.

March 4, 2021Dogtown has been my dogs daycare for the past year. The second i park he starts going insane out of excitement. He LOVES coming here so i know he has a good time. Everyone knows Coconut by name and they’re all so sweet and loving. He’s a big hyper dog and they all handle it so well. One time i saw one of them carrying him like a baby :) i definitely recommend this for daycare. He used to go to DOG and kept getting kennel cough because it was SO many dogs at once. since switching he hasn’t gotten kennel cough ever again. I’m grateful for this place and the loving environment they have given Mr Coconut !

I've also heard great comments about their grooming services but have yet to use them myself . Based on the pricing and client friendly atmosphere, I would definitely recommend their doggy daycare services.

Whenever I went in to pick-up/drop off for overnight or daycare I was always greeted so happily, and you can truly tell the employees love all the dogs there. They pet and kiss and get on the floor with them!! I knew leaving my baby there for 7 days was no issue and she was in great hands!!

I always take my dog to trim and file her nails at DogTown. They truly are the best professionals when it comes to dealing with our furry ones. Every time I go there everyone treats me and my dog with kindness. I used to take my dog to other grooming services and she would always panic and get rebellious, but since I started taking her to DogTown she is not scared of the groomers anymore.

February 24, 2023Love this place!!! I've only gone for grooming (three times now!) and they've done an excellent job every time. My puppy is A LOT to handle, but they manage to get the job done. They ask a lot of questions to make sure the haircut is exactly what you like. The cut also includes nail cut, anal glands, and perfume. And the first time you go it's half off at $35! They also offer a rewards program. The staff is amazing, the dogs all seem happy, and the location looks great. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a new groomer!
