Please bring your dog’s food measured in individual bags. We provide blankets, bowls, and toys. Do not bring personal items like blankets or leashes to avoid loss or damage during the stay.
Our rate covers the suite, full daycare access, three outdoor walks, and all feedings. Unlike competitors, we do not charge extra for medication administration or essential daily activities.
Safety is our priority. We require proof of current vaccinations for Rabies, Bordetella, and Distemper/DAPP. Additionally, all dogs over six months old must be spayed or neutered to participate.
We offer flexibility for your schedule. You can drop off or pick up your dog at any time during our regular store hours without incurring early or late fees.
Absolutely. You can schedule a bath or full groom before pick-up. In fact, all boarding guests receive a complimentary departure bath to ensure they go home smelling fresh.
During holidays and peak seasons, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. These periods also require a minimum stay of four days due to high demand.

We send our bill terrier there to play often and occasionally for boarding. The staff is always great and responsive. They send pictures of the dog playing or chilling. We’ve tried other spots but our dog is always happiest here. She gets so excited when she sees the place and runs right in.

I will 1000,000,000,000.00 PERCENT return to DogTown for future spa days for my puppy and perhaps puppy camp when the need arises. My most favorite part about being introduced to DogTown was when I walked in. No less than 10 big, small, skinny, bigger-boned (as we over 100-pound-girls refer to ourselves,) long hair, short hair, lots of hair, no hair, big huge smiles of dogs all popped up from behind the counter to welcome me and the love-of-my-life, my 18-month-year-old puppy, LucyBelle. That greeting changed what started out as a very NOT-GOOD day into one in which I laughed out loud, like some crazy lunatic, on the my way back to the car. The second part of visiting DogTown that ensured I will be a repeat visitor was the groomer. She greeted me less than 5 minutes after I walked in. She answered my questions and without a hint of trying to upsell me, answered every question I had, in detail, about services I read advertised on their huge blackboard. When she noticed LucyBelle was a little nervous, she immediately got down, meeting her eye to eye, plied her with compliments, which LucyBelle loves (she really is a real little girl wearing dog ears and paws without thumbs-with frustrates both of us) and picked her up for snuggles and kisses. Now that’s the way to not only my trust and confidence, but to my heart. And darn-it shoot me between my toes for not being able to call to mind this very instant that groomer’s name. But if you’re reading this, ask at the front desk who was LucyBelle’s spa specialist at 11 am Tuesday, July 5.

My wife and I have been taking our pup, Lobo, here since we moved to the Grove in August 2018 for grooming, daycare and teeth cleaning. We have been more than extremely happy with the care and service they provide Lobo. The staff is extremely attentive and do not hesitate to call to let you know if they came across something unusual such as a dry skin patch, the beginning of a possible hotspot and things of that nature.

My dog is new to Coconut Grove Dogtown (8 year old male shih tzu). He has quite the personality, but seems to do well at Dogtown with the other dogs and workers. I definitely plan to use them whenever I bring Biscuit to Miami with me. One request would be to add more pictures in the daily log.

Everyone knows Coconut by name and they’re all so sweet and loving. He’s a big hyper dog and they all handle it so well. One time i saw one of them carrying him like a baby :) i definitely recommend this for daycare. He used to go to DOG and kept getting kennel cough because it was SO many dogs at once. since switching he hasn’t gotten kennel cough ever again. I’m grateful for this place and the loving environment they have given Mr Coconut !
