Pack their food pre-measured in bags with feeding instructions. We provide blankets, bowls, and toys, so please leave personal items at home to avoid them getting lost or damaged during the stay.
Our rate covers everything your dog needs. This includes their suite, full-day daycare, three outdoor walks, all feedings, and medication administration if required. You won’t find surprise add-on fees at checkout.
Safety is our priority. We require proof of current Rabies, Distemper/Parvo (DAPP), and Bordetella vaccinations. Also, all guests over six months old must be spayed or neutered to join our playgroups.
We offer flexibility for your schedule. You can drop off or pick up your dog anytime during our regular store hours. We charge per day, not per night, so there are no late fees.
Absolutely. You can schedule a grooming session, bath, or nail trim during their boarding. In fact, all guests receive a complimentary departure bath to ensure they go home fresh and clean.
During holidays and peak seasons, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your spot. There is also a four-day minimum stay requirement to accommodate the high demand for our suites.

My one year old beagle stayed in daycare at Dogtown in Coconut Grove. They were very responsible to get all the vaccinations records prior to our day. When we arrived they welcome us and our dog in a friendly way. Also, the answered all our questions and made us feel comfortable. Our beagle had a great day. They sent us two pictures of her with a little text saying how she was doing. When we went to pick her up, they gave us a written report of her day. We are happy with their service.

I am a faithful customer for at least 2 years now, and I'm not planning to go anywhere else (I did once, during the pandemic, and regretted - my doggy didn't like it either). Always great customer service and excellent care for my pup. They'd call me to discuss my dog's trim if she gets too matted, which I always appreciate that they don't just chop her fur off. I also like the points system, which saves me money.

Our pup stay with Dogtown in Coconut Grove overnight during our wedding weekend and had a blast, we love the open concept they have for their play area where they can also go hangout with the humans working the front desk. All the pups look happy to be there and it is really nice that they include three walks a day as a part of their services, other daycares we have used don’t have that included. Lastly the daily journals that they send at the end of the day so you can see how your dog is doing, really put us at ease and the cute pictures they sent of him playing were the best! Thank you Dogtown we will definitely be using your services again in the future.
