Please bring your dog’s food pre-measured in bags. Do not bring beds, bowls, or toys; we provide everything else your pup needs for a comfortable stay.
Our rate covers the room, full-day daycare, three outdoor walks, and feedings. Unlike other hotels, we don’t charge extra for play, medication administration, or essential outdoor time.
Safety comes first. We require proof of current Rabies, DAPP/Distemper, and Bordetella vaccinations. Also, all guests over six months old must be spayed or neutered to join the fun.
We offer flexibility for your schedule. You can drop off or pick up your dog anytime during our regular store hours without incurring any early or late fees.
Absolutely. You can schedule a grooming session during their stay. In fact, many owners love adding a departure bath or haircut so their dog returns home smelling fresh and clean.
During busy times like holidays, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your spot. We also have a minimum stay requirement of four days to accommodate high demand.

My dog is new to Coconut Grove Dogtown (8 year old male shih tzu). He has quite the personality, but seems to do well at Dogtown with the other dogs and workers. I definitely plan to use them whenever I bring Biscuit to Miami with me. One request would be to add more pictures in the daily log.

Great experience at Dogtown Coconut Grove. We left our little staffy for the first time ever at their daycare and then for a night stay. He loved it! He went right away to the other dogs and came back with a full belly, happy and exhausted from playing with the other dogs. The staff was very nice and answered all of our questions. For the night stay, they updated us whenever he ate, went for a walk as well as uploading pictures in the customer portal to see how he was doing and interacting with the other dogs. We will definitely be coming back and I recommend this place to any one who needs a doggy day care.

I switched to Dog Town because of the location and pick up hours. It has not disappointed! I really feel good about dropping off my pup when the front desk already knows his name after the first day. I feel so comfortable taking my pup here. I will continue to use Dog Town as my day care provider!

We have been more than extremely happy with the care and service they provide Lobo. The staff is extremely attentive and do not hesitate to call to let you know if they came across something unusual such as a dry skin patch, the beginning of a possible hotspot and things of that nature.

March 16, 2024Dogtown Coconut Grove: We trust our dog to no one else, dogtown has been taking care of our beloved pet for 3 years, once for 3 weeks and my dog was very well taken care of. This last stay for a weekend, the team forgot to detach the dog’s profile from the food bag and it called my attention that they figured out ways to make her eat that we didn’t know! BTW, they send clients daily photos and status of the pet and fortunately they’ve been able to accommodate last minute requests. Thanks to the team!
