Bring your dog’s food, any medications with simple instructions, and a secure collar or harness. A small comfort item is fine if your pup relies on it. Keep belongings minimal so check-in stays smooth and items are easier to track.
Our rate covers the room, all-day daycare, three outdoor walks, feedings, and medication administration. Unlike other facilities, we don’t charge extra for the essentials your dog needs to thrive.
To ensure herd safety, we require proof of Rabies, Distemper/Parvo (DAPP), and Bordetella vaccinations. All dogs over six months must be spayed or neutered and currently on flea and tick prevention medication.
We value your time. You can drop off or pick up your pup anytime during our open store hours. We charge per day, so you never pay late pick-up fees.
Absolutely! You can schedule a grooming session during their stay. In fact, all boarding guests receive a complimentary departure bath so they return home smelling fresh and clean.
During busy holidays like Christmas or Spring Break, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your spot. A minimum stay of four days applies to ensure availability for everyone.

Plus they offer oatmeal shampoo which im super thankful for since she has sensitive skin. The groomers are amazing!! ? and the times shes stayed at the dog hotel have been great experiences too!

July 24, 2024I love this place and so does my dog!!!! I was having my golden doodle groomed somewhere else and although they did a good job, they became too expensive. A friend recommended the grooming at Dogtown and I couldn’t be happier with the experience (and the pricing!!!) I’ve gone 4 times now and always very happy with the cut and my doodle always is happy when I go to pick her up. The staff is nice and the groomers always listen to my requests and oblige. Highly recommend!!!!

February 19, 2026Great experience at Dogtown Coconut Grove. We left our little staffy for the first time ever at their daycare and then for a night stay. He loved it! He went right away to the other dogs and came back with a full belly, happy and exhausted from playing with the other dogs. The staff was very nice and answered all of our questions. For the night stay, they updated us whenever he ate, went for a walk as well as uploading pictures in the customer portal to see how he was doing and interacting with the other dogs. We will definitely be coming back and I recommend this place to any one who needs a doggy day care.
