Please bring your dog’s food pre-measured in bags. We provide blankets, bowls, and toys, so you can leave those at home. Personal items may get lost, so travel light!
Our pricing covers the room, all-day play (daycare), three outdoor walks, feedings, and medication administration. Unlike other facilities, we don’t charge extra for these essential care items.
Safety is our priority. We require proof of current Rabies, Distemper/DAPP, and Bordetella vaccinations. Also, all guests over six months old must be spayed or neutered to participate.
We offer flexible freedom. You can drop off or pick up your dog at any time during our operating hours without incurring early or late fees.
Absolutely! You can schedule a grooming session or a refreshing bath during their stay. We even include a complimentary bath for guests on their departure day.
During busy times like holidays and spring break, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your spot. A minimum stay of four nights applies during these high-demand windows.

Dogtown Coconut Grove: We trust our dog to no one else, dogtown has been taking care of our beloved pet for 3 years, once for 3 weeks and my dog was very well taken care of. This last stay for a weekend, the team forgot to detach the dog’s profile from the food bag and it called my attention that they figured out ways to make her eat that we didn’t know! BTW, they send clients daily photos and status of the pet and fortunately they’ve been able to accommodate last minute requests. Thanks to the team!

August 25, 2022My one year old beagle stayed in daycare at Dogtown in Coconut Grove. They were very responsible to get all the vaccinations records prior to our day. When we arrived they welcome us and our dog in a friendly way. Also, the answered all our questions and made us feel comfortable. Our beagle had a great day. They sent us two pictures of her with a little text saying how she was doing. When we went to pick her up, they gave us a written report of her day. We are happy with their service.

February 25, 2022Dogtown has been my dogs daycare for the past year. The second i park he starts going insane out of excitement. He LOVES coming here so i know he has a good time. Everyone knows Coconut by name and they’re all so sweet and loving. He’s a big hyper dog and they all handle it so well. One time i saw one of them carrying him like a baby :) i definitely recommend this for daycare. He used to go to DOG and kept getting kennel cough because it was SO many dogs at once. since switching he hasn’t gotten kennel cough ever again. I’m grateful for this place and the loving environment they have given Mr Coconut !

I boarded my dog Justice there for 5 days and was so happy with the experience. The staff updates you daily by sending photographs and updates on what my baby did during the day. It definitely gave me peace of mind knowing he was in good hands. I’ve used Dog town before for grooming, but after this boarding experience, I have already booked my dog’s next boarding for the holidays. Highly recommend!

Whenever I went in to pick-up/drop off for overnight or daycare I was always greeted so happily, and you can truly tell the employees love all the dogs there. They pet and kiss and get on the floor with them!! I knew leaving my baby there for 7 days was no issue and she was in great hands!!
