My Lars loves to go for his monthly grooms at Dogtown. They do a beautiful job and he is always happy to go back! Also, their booking process is so streamlined and functional. Staff is friendly. 10/10 all around.

October 29, 2023I love this place and so does my dog!!!! I was having my golden doodle groomed somewhere else and although they did a good job, they became too expensive. A friend recommended the grooming at Dogtown and I couldn’t be happier with the experience (and the pricing!!!) I’ve gone 4 times now and always very happy with the cut and my doodle always is happy when I go to pick her up. The staff is nice and the groomers always listen to my requests and oblige. Highly recommend!!!!

Plus they offer oatmeal shampoo which im super thankful for since she has sensitive skin. The groomers are amazing!! ? and the times shes stayed at the dog hotel have been great experiences too!

My one year old beagle stayed in daycare at Dogtown in Coconut Grove. They were very responsible to get all the vaccinations records prior to our day. When we arrived they welcome us and our dog in a friendly way. Also, the answered all our questions and made us feel comfortable. Our beagle had a great day. They sent us two pictures of her with a little text saying how she was doing. When we went to pick her up, they gave us a written report of her day. We are happy with their service.

Always great customer service and excellent care for my pup. They'd call me to discuss my dog's trim if she gets too matted, which I always appreciate that they don't just chop her fur off. I also like the points system, which saves me money.

Your daily rate covers everything your dog needs. This includes supervised cage-free play in small groups, a midday outdoor walk for fresh air and potty breaks, and plenty of socialization.
We are open Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 7:30 PM. On Saturdays, we are open 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, and Sundays from 11:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
Please bring proof of current vaccinations for Rabies, DAPP/Distemper, and Bordetella. Your dog must also be on flea/tick prevention. We will conduct a quick temperament test upon arrival to ensure they are a good fit.
Yes, absolutely. We separate dogs based on size, temperament, and play style. This ensures that small dogs aren’t overwhelmed by larger ones and that everyone stays safe and comfortable during their stay.
We know you miss them! We send “Daily Dog Diaries” with photos and updates. You can also follow us on Instagram @dogtownmiami to see behind-the-scenes fun of the pack playing.
Please ensure you pick up your dog by 7:30 PM (or closing time on weekends). If you are unable to make it by closing, your dog will be checked into our hotel for a comfortable overnight stay.
Yes! You can purchase multi-day passes (10, 30, or 60 days) to significantly reduce the daily rate. We also offer monthly memberships that include daycare days and exclusive discounts on other services.
No, daycare passes are non-transferable and can only be used for daycare visits. However, our memberships do offer discounts on grooming and hotel stays, providing great value across all our services.
