We suggest puppies start daycare between 12-16 weeks. Daycare at this young age will give them a strong start to well-balanced socialization.
For puppies under 6 months we need proof that they’re on the puppy shot schedule. We also do not require them to be spayed or neutered. However, by 6 months of age they will need to be spayed or neutered to go into our daycare or hotel program. We understand that some professionals recommend waiting until 12 months to spay or neuter however most dogs “mature” at around the 6th month mark and due to our free-roaming nature this is the safest cut off age for our guests to be able to socialize safely.
