We are so happy to be back! It’s been a rough time for so many but as long as we are healthy and have pups to cuddle, there is so much to be grateful for! We have implemented some temporary safety protocols until we are completely out of this situation. For everyones safety our 100% no-contact procedures keep us all a safe distance apart.

What you can expect – we will also have signs on our doors.

At drop-off, only one person is allowed in our lobby at a time. We will have a crate there for you to strip your pup down into their birthday suits. You’ll take any collars, leashes, etc with you. Once you step out of the shop, we’ll retrieve the pup.

At pick-up, call us and let us know you’re ready for pick-up. Payment can be made over the phone or via an emailed invoice. We’ll get your pup ready and into the crate. We’ll call you to come in and grab your pup.

For grooming clients, we will call you after drop off to discuss the groom before we start.

For hotel clients, we’ll email you an intake form when you make the reservation to ensure nothing in your pups diet, health, etc has changed and also to firm up hotel details.
