Dogtown, Inc. Open Environment Incident Coverage Contract

1. Introduction:
This contract (“Contract”) is entered into by and between Dogtown, Inc., Dogtown Brickell, Inc., and the client (“Client”) who wishes to purchase the Open Environment Incident Coverage (“OEIC”). This Contract outlines the terms and conditions of the OEIC service, which is designed to provide coverage for medical care expenses arising from dog-to-dog altercations during the Client’s dog(s) stay with Dogtown.

2. Description of OEIC:
OEIC is a per-day, per-dog fee offered by Dogtown for the duration of the Client’s dog(s) stay with us. The fee covers up to $500 in medical care expenses incurred due to injuries resulting from altercations with other dogs while under our care.

3. Coverage Terms:
3.1 Eligibility: OEIC coverage is optional and can be purchased by the Client for their dog(s) during their stay at Dogtown.
3.2 Incident Coverage: The OEIC covers medical care expenses up to $500 resulting solely from altercations with other dogs while the Client’s dog(s) are in the care of Dogtown.
3.3 Exclusions: OEIC does not cover pre-existing illnesses or injuries present before the stay.

4. Non-Insurance Program:
OEIC is not an insurance program but an internal program offered by Dogtown to assist with medical costs related to dog-to-dog interactions during the stay.

5. Assumption of Risks:
The Client acknowledges that open environment play carries inherent risks but chooses to utilize OEIC for added protection.

6. Governing Law:
This Contract is governed by the laws of Florida/Miami-Dade.
